Introduction

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

We usually charge an administration fee for the initial research involved in sourcing a mortgage which is £147 plus VAT. If you decide to proceed with your mortgage we do not tend to charge a fee because we receive commission from the lender at completion. However, you could choose to receive any commission and pay us a equivalent fee directly instead. This is would typically be 0.5% of the loan, so for a £100,000 mortgage, our fee would be £500.
