Our employee benefits management and oversight service is a bespoke service which can be tailored to the individual needs of your business. A typical arrangement would include the following services:
- The day to day running of the employee benefit scheme including any administration issues as they arise.
- Allocation of a dedicated Client Support Manager providing administrative support for your business and all of its’ employees in relation to the employee benefits package.
- Maintaining comprehensive scheme records ensuring that any amendments, joiners and leavers and specific member requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Scheduled site visits throughout the year.
- Remote telephone support allowing employees to discuss the benefits package outside of any proposed site visits.
- Access to Independent financial advice and guidance for all eligible employees.
- Claims support service which includes guidance for relatives in the case of death in service or claims under a Group Critical Illness or Group Private Medical Insurance scheme.
